How to make a payment

There are many ways to pay your rent and service charge:

Direct Debit

(This is the easiest way to pay)

This is the easiest way to pay because we set it up for you and we make sure your payments are updated if there are annual adjustments - just phone us on 0300 123 2221 to set one up. You can choose a date that suits you for making regular monthly or quarterly payments.

By telephone

You can telephone 0300 123 2221 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to make a payment using a debit or credit card. 

Online banking

If you use online banking to pay your rent, you must put your property reference number in the reference field for the payment (you can find this number at the top of your rent letter). If you do not include this reference number, we won't be able to process your payment and it won't go through. Just give us a call on 0300 123 2221 and we'll give you our bank details.
